- Conduct regular quality control inspections to meet design and construction specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field challenges.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and reports to track progress and costs.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently on-site.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus.
